Mussels create biodiversity

Mussels don’t get the attention they deserve. That is why we are putting them in the spotlight this week. Mussels are water filterers and reef builders. They ensure a better biodiversity and a little more visibility for the Dutch diver. And – not unimportant – they are a tasty delicacy.
